Refund & Exchange Policy
Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. There are no returns or exchanges on made-to-order items. If you are unsure if an item is classed as made-to-order, please email us at email@example.com to confirm prior to completing your order.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you would like to return or exchange your purchase, please follow the returns procedure below:
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain an Online Store Returns Form and Return Authorisation Number (RA Number), quoting your order number. This must be completed and sent to us with your return.
We can exchange items for a different size, colour or style. Due to the select nature of our merchandise, we regret we cannot guarantee availability of merchandise for exchange.
When returning items, please enclose:
Your receipt (proof of purchase)
The completed Online Store Returns Form, including your RA number.
Your item/s for return, including packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. We do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, except in the case of a faulty item.
If approved, then your refund/exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
RETURN SHIPPING - We recommend you use a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not liable for the loss of an item that is being returned. If your item is faulty, we will reimburse your shipping costs.
